RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not accept returns on earrings. This policy ensures that every customer receives unworn, hygienic pieces. 
• In the rare event that your earrings or other accessories arrive damaged, you have three days from the delivery date to report any breakages. After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue replacements. 
• This does not affect your statutory rights. 

• The plant-based 3D printed details can be cleaned with a soft cloth and soapy water. 

• Store your cuffs in the linen pouch they come in to avoid scratching.
